Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO and the Partnerships & Institutional Management Department. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders, institutional partners, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a proactive mindset and an eye for detail, comfortable handling executive-level responsibilities while also managing digital and documentation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative and strategic support to the CEO and partnership management lead.
- Coordinate institutional communications and maintain professional correspondence with partners, stakeholders, and clients.
- Assist in the preparation and editing of proposals, partnership documentation, reports, and MoUs.
- Manage and schedule meetings, events, and strategic follow-ups across departments.
- Oversee and manage company social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), in coordination with the communications strategy.
- Draft and publish regular content updates on organizational activities, new partnerships, and milestones.
- Maintain and organize digital records, project files, and institutional documentation.
- Support internal coordination between the partnership department and other units (technical, legal, finance, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in executive support, institutional relations, or communications roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and professional email handling.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for professional use.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- High emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and initiative-driven personality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in NGO, public sector partnerships, or donor-funded projects.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Canva, Notion, Trello, or CRM systems is a plus.
- Interest in ICT, digital transformation, or public administration fields.
