Job Summary

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Export Manager to oversee and grow our export operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in international trade, logistics, and export documentation. Experience in coffee export is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute export strategies to maximize international sales and market expansion.
• Oversee the entire export process including documentation, shipping, customs clearance, and delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with all export regulations and quality standards.
• Negotiate contracts, freight rates, and payment terms with international buyers and service providers.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in target export markets.
• Manage relationships with existing international clients and develop new partnerships.
• Monitor and report on export sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Resolve any issues related to shipments, documentation, or payments promptly and professionally.
• Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and meetings when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export operations.
• Experience in coffee export is highly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and shipping procedures.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and export management software.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
