About the Job
The Finance Administration Officer I is responsible for supporting daily finance and administrative operations of the organization. The role includes maintaining financial records, assisting with payments and documentation, preparing basic reports, and ensuring smooth coordination of office financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support payment processing, petty cash handling, and invoice filing.
- Prepare vouchers, receipts, and other finance-related documents.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and transaction follow-up.
- Support budget tracking and preparation of basic financial reports.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting and administrative records.
- Ensure compliance with internal finance procedures and policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
