Job Summary

The Finance and Admin Assistant will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, assisting in accounting and administrative duties, and supporting overall office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage petty cash, prepare bank reconciliations, and assist in financial reporting.
  • Process payments, prepare payroll, and manage tax declarations.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and administrative documents.
  • Support logistical arrangements for meetings, trainings, and events.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and financial procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance and administration.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Peachtree accounting software is an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
