Job Summary
The Finance and Admin Assistant will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, assisting in accounting and administrative duties, and supporting overall office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage petty cash, prepare bank reconciliations, and assist in financial reporting.
- Process payments, prepare payroll, and manage tax declarations.
- Maintain organized filing systems and administrative documents.
- Support logistical arrangements for meetings, trainings, and events.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and financial procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance and administration.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Peachtree accounting software is an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
