Responsibilities

• Oversees the final stages of construction, managing trades like painting, flooring, plastering, and joinery to ensure high-quality completion, on-time delivery, and budget adherence, while coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety, reading plans, and reporting progress to project managers
• Inspect work to ensure it meets project specifications, building codes, and high-quality standards.
• responsible for daily site supervision, quality control & material management
• Maintain site diaries, prepare progress reports, and communicate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve/report conflicts, errors, or deficiencies in the finishing process.

Qualification

• Diploma in Building Construction
• Minimum of 5 years direct experience as finishing foreman in buildings preferably in a real Estate sector

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Knowledge of building regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
