Responsibilities
- Oversees the final stages of construction, managing trades like painting, flooring, plastering, and joinery to ensure high-quality completion, on-time delivery, and budget adherence, while coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety, reading plans, and reporting progress to project managers
- Inspect work to ensure it meets project specifications, building codes, and high-quality standards.
- responsible for daily site supervision, quality control & material management
- Maintain site diaries, prepare progress reports, and communicate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve/report conflicts, errors, or deficiencies in the finishing process.
Qualification
- Diploma in Building Construction
- Minimum of 5 years direct experience as finishing foreman in buildings preferably in a real Estate sector
Essential Skills & requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Knowledge of building regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
