Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and office communication
- Manage appointments and meeting schedules
- Maintain front office organization and documentation
- Support administrative tasks as required
- Represent the company with a professional image at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a front desk or receptionist role
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written are a must)
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Organized, reliable, and customer-focused
- Basic computer and office administration skills
