Position Summary
Front Office Agent is responsible for delivering a memorable and unique guest experience throughout their stay. This includes processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, sharing local highlights, and assisting guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas. The role requires a hands-on approach, including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 50 pounds unassisted (100 pounds with assistance), as well as moving through narrow or elevated spaces, stairs, and service ramps. Ensuring a safe workplace, following company policies, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication are critical for success.
