Job Description
Chilalo Food Complex PLC invites fresh and qualified graduates to apply for the Graduate Trainee position. The program is designed to provide comprehensive training and practical exposure across different departments while preparing successful candidates for future permanent employment opportunities within the organization.
The Graduate Trainee will work closely with managers, take on delegated responsibilities, learn company operations, and develop professional skills through structured training and hands-on experience.
Job Summary
The Graduate Trainee is responsible for gaining practical experience across multiple departments by supporting daily operations, learning organizational processes, and developing technical and managerial skills. The role provides exposure to different business functions while meeting assigned performance objectives and contributing to company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Work across different departments to gain practical knowledge and understanding of company operations.
- Learn departmental functions, operational processes, management practices, and company policies.
- Observe experienced employees to understand procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Support various departments with reporting, data entry, presentations, strategic planning, and customer service activities.
- Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities under the guidance of department managers.
- Set and achieve SMART performance goals and objectives established by management.
- Prepare progress reports on assigned goals and training activities.
- Participate in periodic performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Apply acquired knowledge and skills to improve departmental performance.
- Successfully complete all areas of the management training program to continue in the program.
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum CGPA requirement: 3.6 and above.
Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
