Job Objective:

To develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and generate leads or sales. It also aims at ensuring the development of high-quality visuals, marketing materials, UX/UI, and digital assets and also the effective management social media and website functionality and performance.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to optimize digital marketing initiatives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Track and analyze key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA) and continuously refine campaign strategies.
  • Improve website rankings through on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement best SEO practices.
  • Manage website content and ensure an optimal user experience.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar for social media platforms.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content for digital channels.
  • Monitor audience engagement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Implement automation workflows for customer engagement and retention.
  • Monitor open rates, CTRs, and conversions to optimize email performance.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Handle the UX/UI tasks of the digital marketing unit.
  • Analyze website, social media, and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools.
  • Generate reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external vendors to execute campaigns.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Education: MSC/BSC Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Fine Arts and Design or other related fields.

Experience: Minimum of 4/6 years’ experience, of which 4 years in the area of Graphic Design. Experience in the banking industry is advantageous.
