Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nurse on behalf of our client to provide care for an elderly woman in her home. The ideal candidate will have:

• At least one year of experience in nursing or caregiving
• Ability to provide excellent care and support
• Attention to an elderly person’s needs

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance
• Administer prescribed medications and ensure health needs are met
• Monitor and record vital signs and overall health condition
• Assist with mobility and exercises to maintain physical health
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Communicate regularly with family members about the patient’s condition
• Ensure timely follow-up and appointments with medical providers

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care or nursing
• Valid nursing certification or relevant medical training
• Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented approach to care
• Strong communication skills
• Physically capable of assisting with mobility and personal care tasks
• Trustworthy, reliable, and have a strong sense of responsibility
