Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nurse on behalf of our client to provide care for an elderly woman in her home. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least one year of experience in nursing or caregiving
- Ability to provide excellent care and support
- Attention to an elderly person’s needs

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance
- Administer prescribed medications and ensure health needs are met
- Monitor and record vital signs and overall health condition
- Assist with mobility and exercises to maintain physical health
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Communicate regularly with family members about the patient’s condition
- Ensure timely follow-up and appointments with medical providers
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care or nursing
- Valid nursing certification or relevant medical training
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented approach to care
- Strong communication skills
- Physically capable of assisting with mobility and personal care tasks
- Trustworthy, reliable, and have a strong sense of responsibility
