Job Summary

Sky Medical Supplies is seeking a dependable and tech-savvy problem solver to support our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll ensure our digital systems run efficiently, securely, and without interruption. You’ll handle:

• Content Management System (CMS) troubleshooting
• Version control
• Linux systems maintenance

What you’ll do:

• Provide day-to-day IT support to remote team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMS platforms, networks, and system performance.
• Manage and maintain development versions using tools (e.g., Git).
• Monitor and optimize Linux-based environments to ensure performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and technical efficiency.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong technical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Experience and familiarity working with CMS platforms (Drupal, WordPress) and Linux systems.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git or GitLab.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Reliable remote setup with a stable internet connection and personal computer.
