Job Summary
Sky Medical Supplies is seeking a dependable and tech-savvy problem solver to support our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll ensure our digital systems run efficiently, securely, and without interruption. You’ll handle:
- Content Management System (CMS) troubleshooting
- Version control
- Linux systems maintenance
What you’ll do:
- Provide day-to-day IT support to remote team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMS platforms, networks, and system performance.
- Manage and maintain development versions using tools (e.g., Git).
- Monitor and optimize Linux-based environments to ensure performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and technical efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
- Experience and familiarity working with CMS platforms (Drupal, WordPress) and Linux systems.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git or GitLab.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Reliable remote setup with a stable internet connection and personal computer.
