Job Summary:
On behalf of our client we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to support our client who manages a commercial building. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong administrative experience, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive and administrative support to management.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Prepare letters, reports, and other business documents.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and office communication in a professional manner.
- • Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in overseeing daily office and building administrative operations.
- Communicate effectively with tenants, suppliers, and management staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative or executive secretary role.
- Having a background in accounting and revenue office operation is mandatory
- Strong English communication (written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional appearance and attention to detail.
- Experience in commercial building administration or management is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
