About the Job
The HR Administration Officer I is responsible for supporting daily human resource and administrative operations of the organization. The role includes maintaining employee records, assisting recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating office administration activities, and ensuring smooth implementation of HR procedures and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee files, records, and HR documentation.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
- Support attendance, leave, and staff data management activities.
- Prepare letters, reports, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate office supplies, logistics, and general administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support to employees on routine HR and administrative matters.
- Assist senior HR staff with training, evaluations, and employee relations activities.
