Education Development Trust is looking for a HR and Administration Director to lead and manage the functions of the HR department and office administration for our new education and skills programme in Ethiopia.
Programme Overview
- Strengthen the applicability and quality of secondary education
- Ensure successful transition of secondary scholars to tertiary education or the workforce
- Equip students with applicable skills, knowledge, and mindset
- Enhance the implementation of a faculty-based curriculum
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing HR functions including staffing and administration of HR processes
- Operating benefits and administering company programs
- Aligning HR practices with Global HR strategies
- Overseeing administration for effective implementation and delivery of the programme’s objectives
Key Qualifications
- Relevant educational background
- Experience in HR management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
