Job Summary
On behalf of our client, GeezJobs (Recruitment Department) is looking for a reliable and experienced Operations & Facility Manager (Male Only) to handle the day-to-day running of company services. The successful candidate will ensure everything works smoothly, including maintenance, security, cleaning, transport, and external coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring effective delivery of services across maintenance, security, cleaning, fleet management, employee services, government compliance, vendor management, and liaison services
- Supervise and support team leaders and staff
- Ensure company vehicles are properly used and maintained and handle employee transport arrangements
- Work with government offices for permits and compliance
- Manage vendors and service providers
- Solve operational problems, improve service quality and overall services quickly and efficiently
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in facility management or general services
- At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Basic computer skills
