Job Requirement
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing sector
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis
- Experience in manufacturing cost structures and inventory management
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and monitor production and operational costs
- Prepare cost reports and support budgeting processes
- Track inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS)
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Support audits and maintain proper financial documentation
