Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to existing and potential customers to promote company products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs
- Execute marketing campaigns and product demonstrations in the field
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Collect and provide market feedback to improve products and services
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Job Requirements
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study
Experience
- 1–3 years of work experience (previous sales experience is an advantage)
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
- Willingness to work in the field and travel when required
- Knowledge of Affan Oromo is an advantage
