Job Summary:
We are opening a new 30-room boutique hotel located 5 minutes from Bole International Airport and are looking for a motivated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to lead daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast service
- Manage reservations and OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com)
- Handle guest check-in/check-out and ensure excellent customer service
- Supervise, train, and support staff
- Manage staff schedules and daily duties
- Resolve guest complaints professionally
- Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and operational issues
- Ensure cleanliness and operational standards are maintained
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hotel operations (front office or supervisory role)
- Strong knowledge of OTA platforms, especially Booking.com
- Good communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills (PMS systems preferred)
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
