Hotel Operations Manager (Boutique Hotel – Bole Area)

Job Summary:

We are opening a new 30-room boutique hotel located 5 minutes from Bole International Airport and are looking for a motivated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to lead daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast service
• Manage reservations and OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com)
• Handle guest check-in/check-out and ensure excellent customer service
• Supervise, train, and support staff
• Manage staff schedules and daily duties
• Resolve guest complaints professionally
• Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and operational issues
• Ensure cleanliness and operational standards are maintained

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hotel operations (front office or supervisory role)
• Strong knowledge of OTA platforms, especially Booking.com
• Good communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Basic computer skills (PMS systems preferred)
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
