About the Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a reliable and organized professional to support our CEO and manage day-to-day office operations. This is a mid-level role for someone with about 1 year of experience, ideally with exposure to import–export processes. Experience with the Ethiopian Single Window System is a big plus.
Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO with scheduling, communication, and meetings
- Assist with import–export documentation and logistics follow-up
- Handle office management tasks to keep operations running smoothly
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Liaise with government offices, customs, and external partners
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in administration, office management, or assistant roles
- Familiarity with import–export processes
- Single Window experience is a plus
- Good organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office
