Telemarketer (3 Positions)

ETMAL CONSULT PLC is seeking 3 motivated and persuasive Telemarketers to join our Investment Acquisition team. The successful candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential International investors to introduce ETMAL's services and generate interest in investing in Ethiopia. This role is ideal for candidates with strong phone communication skills and a confident, persuasive personality.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Make 50–100 outbound calls per day to potential international investors
• Introduce ETMAL CONSULT PLC services and generate interest in investment opportunities in Ethiopia
• Identify interested investors and collect contact information for follow-up
• Ask qualifying questions to determine investor interest level
• Schedule calls or meetings for Investment Promotion Officers
• Record call outcomes and notes accurately in the CRM system
• Submit daily call logs and performance reports to the Team Leader

About You

Job Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• 0–1 year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales (training will be provided)

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent in English (spoken); Amharic is an advantage
• Clear speaking voice with strong persuasive communication skills
• Confident and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection
• Basic computer skills, including data entry
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
