About the Opportunity
Bilcor Institute of Leadership, Coaching and Research is recruiting an HR Manager on behalf of a real estate company undergoing organizational transformation. The HR Manager will be responsible for leading HR functions including recruitment, performance management, organizational development, and ensuring compliance while strengthening company culture and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall company goals and business direction
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including workforce planning and onboarding
- Design and implement KPI-based performance management systems and employee evaluation frameworks
- Support organizational development initiatives, including structure design and talent planning
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Promote employee engagement and build a positive, productive, and performance-driven work culture
- Advise management on HR best practices and organizational effectiveness
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is preferred)
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a professional environment
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor law, and organizational development practices
- Proven experience implementing performance management and KPI-based systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage change and support organizational transformation initiatives
