As we expand, we’re looking for a proactive HR Officer to drive core human capital functions and help architect the workforce of tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance
- Assist in talent acquisition for key roles across the business
- Promote a culture of growth, accountability, and innovation
- Support leadership in workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives
- Contribute to organizational development and help scale our operations as we expand
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 4–6 years of HR experience (experience in direct selling is a strong plus)
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and talent development
- Proactive, collaborative, and passionate about people and growth
