Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance
• Assist in talent acquisition for key roles across the business
• Promote a culture of growth, accountability, and innovation
• Support leadership in workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives
• Contribute to organizational development and help scale our operations as we expand

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 4–6 years of HR experience (experience in direct selling is a strong plus)
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and talent development
• Proactive, collaborative, and passionate about people and growth
