- 2–4 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in project-based or construction companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding and induction.
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Partner with project teams to deliver responsive and strategic HR support.
