• 2–4 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in project-based or construction companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• A team player who can adapt quickly and thrives under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding and induction.
• Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Partner with project teams to deliver responsive and strategic HR support.
