Minaye PLC is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic HR Officer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Human Resources, ready to take ownership of critical HR functions:

  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Employee engagement
  • Training and compliance

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes – sourcing, screening, onboarding.
  • Execute HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives effectively.
  • Organize and deliver impactful training and development programs.
  • Drive employee engagement and performance management processes.
  • Maintain and update confidential employee records and documentation.
  • Handle HR inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll.
  • Ensure HR operations comply with local labor laws and internal standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of solid experience in HR or a closely related field.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll software) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of accountability and integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
