Job Overview
As HR Officer in a fast-paced logistics company, you will support core HR functions including:
- Recruitment
- Employee engagement
- Performance management
- Training coordination
- HR operations
You’ll work closely with HR leadership and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient people processes that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist with job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Support pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Assist in preparing HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.
- Help track attendance, leaves, and time-sheets in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Employee Engagement
- Support the planning and coordination of engagement activities, events, and employee feedback surveys.
- Address basic employee queries and escalate issues as needed.
Training & Development
- Coordinate training sessions, enrollments, logistics, and feedback collection.
- Maintain training records and support learning initiatives.
Performance Management
- Assist in the administration of performance appraisal cycles and documentation.
- Help monitor probation review timelines and follow-ups.
Compliance & Policies
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or related industries.
- Knowledge of basic HR functions and labor legislation.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HRIS experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
