Role Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced and passionate HR Manager to lead our human resources operations and drive strategic HR initiatives. You’ll play a key role in shaping our culture, building talent pipelines, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and HR compliance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals to drive employee engagement and retention.
- Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and market competitiveness.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture across the organization.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance regulations.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
