Job description
The Human Resource Officer is responsible for managing HR operations, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations.
The role focuses on recruitment, employee management, HR process implementation, and maintaining an effective workplace environment.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in design or construction companies
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Strong teamwork and HR process management skills
