Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Incoming Call Assistants to join our call center team. You will be the first point of contact for incoming client calls, ensuring professional, clear, and empathetic communication. You will handle inquiries, forward calls to the right departments, and provide accurate information about our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Greet clients warmly and assess their needs.
- Provide accurate information on services and processes.
- Transfer calls to relevant teams or schedule follow up calls.
- Record call details in the CRM with clear notes and next steps.
- Assist with client follow-up when needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (any field).
- Fluent English and Amharic (written & spoken).
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Computer literacy and ability to type while speaking.
- Availability for full-time, on-site work.
Nice to Have:
- Previous call center or customer service experience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Multilingual skills.

8:30 AM - 11:30 PM
