Overview

We are seeking a Software & Data Management Intern to join our technology team. This role provides recent graduates with hands-on exposure to real projects in data management, software development support, and applied technology consulting.

Working under the supervision of senior engineers and data managers, the intern will contribute to daily technical tasks while developing skills that prepare them for career paths such as Junior Data Manager, Software Engineer, or Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of software applications and data systems.
• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing project data for analysis.
• Help design and test data collection tools (e.g., mobile applications, survey systems).
• Contribute to data quality assurance processes, including checks and documentation.
• Provide technical support to project teams on data and IT-related tasks.
• Stay engaged with emerging tools and practices in software development and data management.

Position Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of programming (Python, Java, C#, or R preferred).
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with a curiosity to learn new tools and methods.
• Excellent communication skills — able to write clearly, explain ideas, and work with teams.
• Self-starter attitude: motivated to take initiative, set high standards, and follow through.
