Job Summary

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT & ERP Manager to lead our client's IT operations and systems administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing our ERP systems (Navision & SAP)
• Ensuring smooth IT infrastructure
• Maintaining network and data security
• Supporting staff across departments

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer ERP Navision and lead the implementation of SAP.
• Oversee all IT infrastructure including LAN, WAN, servers, and end-user support.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking systems.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity measures, including system monitoring, patching, and backups.
• Provide timely technical support and training to employees across departments.
• Maintain electronic systems and digital assets including security cameras.
• Monitor system performance, network utilization, and enforce compliance with IT policies.
• Lead system improvements, updates, and disaster recovery planning.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all IT and ERP-related issues.
• Continuously improve digital literacy and technology usage company-wide.
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, ICT, MIS, or a related field.
• A postgraduate qualification is a strong advantage.
• Relevant IT certifications or professional memberships are a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in IT administration and infrastructure.
• Proven experience with ERP systems, particularly Navision.
• SAP implementation experience is highly desirable.

Key Skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting, networking, and system maintenance abilities.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint).
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential data.
• Self-motivated with a passion for staying up to date with new technologies.
• Proficiency in English and Amharic.
