Join Our Team as It Officer (Odoo System Monitoring)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Officer to monitor, maintain, and support the company’s Odoo ERP system used in our gypsum factory operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on experience with Odoo development or administration, and the ability to identify system and data issues quickly. The role focuses on daily data monitoring, ensuring data accuracy, providing timely support to users, and delivering regular system and data reports.

Main Duties:

• Monitor daily operational data inputs in the Odoo system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify data inconsistencies, system errors, and process gaps promptly.
• Provide immediate support, guidance, and corrective actions to users when issues arise.
• Coordinate with management and relevant departments to resolve system and data-related problems.
• Prepare and submit timely daily, weekly, and monthly system and data accuracy reports.
• Document system issues, corrections made, and improvement recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience working with Odoo ERP (development, administration, or system support).
• Experience supporting ERP systems in manufacturing or factory environments is highly preferred.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Hands-on knowledge of Odoo modules and workflows.
• Ability to identify problems quickly and work under pressure.
• Good communication skills to support and train system users.
• Strong reporting and documentation abilities.
