Job Summary
The IT Support Technician (Junior) is responsible for providing basic technical support, assisting in workstation setup, and maintaining system functionality. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build hands-on experience in IT support and system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up workstations, including hardware and software installation
- Provide basic technical support to staff and clients
- Perform routine system updates and virus scans
- Document technical issues and their resolutions for future reference (knowledge base)
Educational Background
- Minimum Level 4 graduation in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
