Position: Junior Accountant
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Accounting
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of service
- Adequate knowledge in collection, tracking and receding financial transaction
- Knowledge customer customer-related tasks like preparing customer aging, reconciling bank statements and ensuring financial records and accurate throughout
- Experience in demanding customer service is a plus
Skills Reqired
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software and tax preparation software such as intuit QuickBooks or peach tree, exercise discretion and maintain confidentialtiy with regard to company accounts
- Perform accurate work to the highest standards of accountancy driven, self-motivated, goal oriented
- Strong critical thinking and mathematical reasoning skills
- Prior verbal communication skills
