Business Development Specialist

Summary

On behalf of our client, a reputable legal firm specializing in corporate and commercial legal services, we are seeking a highly driven and well-connected Business Development Specialist.

The ideal candidate must have strong marketing and business development experience, proven exposure to working with foreign clients and investors, and an established professional network within the corporate sector. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new corporate clients, including foreign companies and investors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with multinational companies, embassies, NGOs, and corporate entities.
• Develop and execute strategic business development and marketing plans.
• Promote the firm’s legal services (corporate law, compliance, contract advisory, regulatory support, etc.).
• Prepare and deliver high-level proposals and presentations to executive clients.
• Represent the firm in business forums, networking events, and corporate meetings.
• Conduct market research to identify foreign investment opportunities and emerging sectors.
• Maintain and grow a strong referral and partnership network.
• Track leads, manage pipeline activities, and achieve agreed business targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Masters Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in business development, corporate marketing, or professional services.
• Proven experience working with foreign clients, international organizations, or multinational companies.
• Strong existing network within corporate, investment, or international business communities.
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) – mandatory.
