Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preventative maintenance schedules for all company and client hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve complex server, network, and hardware failures.
- Manage network security, backups, and data recovery protocols.
- Mentor junior IT staff and oversee escalated support tickets.
- Manage relationships with hardware vendors and service providers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2+ years) specifically in IT maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Advanced knowledge of LAN/WAN setup.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency system outages.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA) are highly preferred.
