Job Summary: We are looking for a Junior Coffee Cupper to assist in evaluating the quality, taste, and aroma of coffee. This role is ideal for someone passionate about coffee, eager to learn, and capable of following cupping protocols. Basic English (A2 level) is required for communication and reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coffee cupping sessions to assess flavour, acidity, body, and aroma.
• Follow standard cupping procedures and hygiene practices.
• Record tasting notes and report findings to senior cuppers.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cupping lab.
• Learn and improve coffee sensory skills under supervision.
• Support in sample preparation and quality control processes.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of coffee or willingness to learn.
• A2-level English proficiency (basic reading, writing, and speaking).
• Good sense of taste and smell.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work in a coffee lab environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in coffee or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Passion for coffee and quality assessment.
