Job Requirement
- Qualification: BA Degree or TVET Level IV/III in Accounting, Economics, Management, Agri-Business, or other related fields of study.
- Experience: 0 / 2 / 3 years of relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support at the branch level.
- Handle client inquiries and assist customers with financial services.
- Maintain accurate customer records, files, and documentation.
- Support the daily operational activities of the branch office.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and high service quality standards.
- Guide customers on company products, procedures, and service processes.
- Receive and direct customers to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Assist in processing routine customer transactions accurately.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Perform other related duties assigned by supervisors.
