The Junior HR role at Digaf & Micro-Credit Provider SC is a full-time position based in the office, designed to support the Human Resource and Recruitment functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings and candidate screening
- Support the development and implementation of performance management systems, including KPIs and OKRs
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and records in compliance with company policies
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture
- Monitor compliance with HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to ethical standards
- Conduct HR analytics and reporting to provide insights for management decision-making
- Support training and development programs for employee skill enhancement
- Assist with employee relations issues, providing guidance and support as needed
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve overall HR effectiveness
