Job Description

Kelem Educational Consultancy is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer to join our growing team! As a rapidly expanding tutoring company, we need HR professionals to support our recruitment and HR operations, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and assess candidate applications to identify strong potential hires.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability.
  • Assist in managing HR-related administrative tasks and processes.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
  • Work closely with the HR team to improve and streamline hiring procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • A strong willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.

Education & Experience

  • Degree in a relevant field and previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
