Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Assist with payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leave, and employee data
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with ALPA policies and relevant labor regulations
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Manage electronic and physical filing systems
- Support the General Manager with administrative assignments
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws and Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferred)
