Required Qualification & Experience

• BA/BSc Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience
• Basic understanding of logistics operations, import/export processes, and documentation is an advantage
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

•  Assist in daily logistics and documentation activities, including preparation and filing of shipping documents
• Support senior logistics coordinators in shipment tracking, follow-up, and status reporting
• Help coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo movement
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery schedules, and logistics documents
• Follow up on shipment delays or documentation issues and report to senior staff
• Support customs clearance and delivery processes as required
• Perform other logistics-related tasks assigned by supervisors
