Required Qualification & Experience
- BA/BSc Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience
- Basic understanding of logistics operations, import/export processes, and documentation is an advantage
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily logistics and documentation activities, including preparation and filing of shipping documents
- Support senior logistics coordinators in shipment tracking, follow-up, and status reporting
- Help coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo movement
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery schedules, and logistics documents
- Follow up on shipment delays or documentation issues and report to senior staff
- Support customs clearance and delivery processes as required
- Perform other logistics-related tasks assigned by supervisors
