Jr. Operation Officer

Job Summary

Pitron Tech Solutions is looking for a junior, energetic, and fast-learning individual with a technical educational background to support company-wide operations.

This role focuses on:

• Following up on timelines
• Maintaining internal tools
• Preparing structured documents and reports
• Supporting coordination across teams

This is a hands-on execution role for someone organized, responsible, and ready to commit full-time.

Responsibilities

• Track deadlines and follow up with teams
• Maintain and update project boards and internal trackers
• Prepare documents using Google Docs and Sheets
• Prepare presentations using Google Slides
• Design simple reports and summaries using Canva
• Take meeting minutes and track action items
• Organize and maintain Google Drive folders

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field
• 0–2 years of experience (internship acceptable)
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Basic Canva skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Fast learner and proactive
• Available to work full-time
