Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and self-driven Junior Pre-Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales, technical, and project teams to support solution design, customer demonstrations, and proposal preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to grow with the company and committed to delivering quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in understanding customer requirements and aligning solutions.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs/RFQs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions with senior engineers.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design basic solution architectures.
- Research and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and vendor offerings.
- Provide pre-sales administrative support, including documentation and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, or cloud technologies.
- Basic understanding of enterprise IT concepts (e.g., servers, storage, networking).
- Preferred certifications: CCNA, basic cybersecurity certifications, or related certifications.
- Ability to utilize AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, or similar tools to work efficiently and support pre-sales activities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High level of curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience: Internship to 2 years of experience in a technical or pre-sales role.
