Qa: Jr. Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional, regression, and usability testing on various software applications.
• Work closely with developers to ensure issues are clearly understood, reproducible, and resolved
• Identify, document, and track defects in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Basic understanding of the software development life cycle
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically about software quality.
• Excellent questioning skills to clarify requirements and identify potential issues.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
