Job Summary
On behalf of our client, we are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales & Accountant to support daily sales activities and basic accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, strong computer skills, and the ability to work with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Duties
- Assist in daily sales activities and customer handling
- Prepare sales invoices and follow up on payments
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Support showroom or office-based sales operations
Accounting Duties
- Record daily transactions and sales reports
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and account reconciliations
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records
- Support monthly and routine accounting tasks
Required Qualifications
- Female candidates only
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Peachtree Accounting Software
- Good computer skills (MS Office and email)
