Woda Vehicle Manufacturing PLC is seeking new and qualified candidates for the available job position. Established in 2023, Woda Vehicle Manufacturing PLC is a foreign-owned enterprise situated in the Woda Industrial Park within the Shager City Administration of Oromia State, covering an extensive area of 15,000 square meters. Our goal is to become the leading electric vehicle manufacturing brand in Ethiopia.
Position: Junior Automotive Technician
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering only.
- Fresh graduates only.
- Fluency in Amharic and English.
- Solid understanding of basic automotive mechanical systems (e.g., suspension, brakes, steering).
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and wiring.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical assembly tasks on electric vehicles according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Install and connect various mechanical and electrical components, including but not limited to suspension systems, braking systems, steering mechanisms, and basic electrical wiring.
- Inspect and test assembled vehicles and components to identify any defects or malfunctions.
- Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on assembly line equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and quality control personnel, to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
- Assist in the development and improvement of assembly procedures.
