Junior Tender Officer

Job Summary

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Junior Tender Officer who will support the identification, preparation, and submission of tender opportunities. The role focuses on ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with tender requirements, and timely bid submissions. The position also involves coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information, maintaining organized tender records, and following up on submitted bids to enhance the organization’s success in securing contracts aligned with its operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and track relevant tender opportunities from various sources
• Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents accurately and on time
• Review tender requirements, specifications, and eligibility criteria
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical and financial information
• Ensure compliance with tender guidelines, policies, and deadlines
• Maintain proper documentation and records of tenders
• Follow up on submitted bids and communicate with issuing organizations
• Assist in preparing reports and analysis related to tender activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Procurement, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience working on tenders (mandatory)
• Familiarity with government and private tender procedures
