Junior Training Coordination And Follow-Up Officer

Job Summary

The Junior Training Coordination & Follow-Up Officer supports the planning, implementation, and evaluation of training programs. The role focuses on assisting in training coordination activities, collecting feedback and performance data, maintaining training records, and supporting the development of effective learning materials and delivery methods.

Educational Requirements

Applicants must possess:

• BA Degree in Business Management, Personnel Management, or a related field of study

Work Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the creation and implementation of training programs based on needs identified by supervisors or customers
• Assist the Senior Training Coordination and Follow-Up Expert in measuring the effectiveness of training programs by collecting participant satisfaction and retention data
• Participate in developing and maintaining training materials, including manuals, workbooks, and presentations
• Assist in designing and developing computer-based training programs using software such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate Presenter
• Record and transcribe training sessions and provide feedback to trainers
• Assist in conducting surveys to determine customer training needs in specific job functions and operational areas
• Support the development and delivery of training programs using classroom instruction, online learning, and e-learning methods
• Maintain training records and reports
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors
