Maintenance Engineer

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic systems and ATM machines to ensure continuous and reliable service operations across assigned locations.

Education

• BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Diploma in Electronics (repair/maintenance) may be considered if supported by relevant experience

Experience

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in ATM or electronic equipment repair and maintenance
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues in electronic systems
• Familiarity with ATM machines and related technologies
• Experience working with ATM brands such as NCR, GRG, or similar systems is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair ATM machines and related electronic equipment
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults in a timely manner
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance
• Respond to service calls and technical issues across assigned locations
• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and service reports
• Coordinate with technical teams and vendors for complex repairs and support
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
