Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in social sciences or business, preferably in Marketing, Marketing management, Economics, Business Administration, a minimum ten (10) years’ related experience with at least three (3) years at supervisory role.
- Masters in a Business-related course (an added advantage).
- Training on Marketing Management (added advantage)
Job Summary:
The jobholder is responsible for the planning, management, and execution of all branding and promotion initiatives and the day-to-day functions of the Division. Implements a branding and promotion program that is in alignment with the overall bank’s strategic objectives. Collaborates with third party marketing firm (as needed) with the development of advertising strategies, retain, and expand relationships with customers and identified target segments. Schedules local media buys with vendors, negotiating rates and/or contracts. Evaluates advertising proposals presented by vendors. Assures all forms of advertising meet compliance requirements and keeps marketing records for bank audits and exams as required. Manages the marketing development, advertising, and contributions budgets. S/he builds a corporate image to maintain a reputation of quality.
